Terms of Use for KiwiAgent AI Hub

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KiwiAgent AI Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. The Platform is designed exclusively for use by licensed real estate professionals in New Zealand.

2. Nature of the Service and AI Limitations

KiwiAgent AI Hub provides artificial intelligence (AI) prompts, workflows, and directory links to third-party tools. You acknowledge that generative AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or "hallucinated" information. The Platform provides drafting assistants, not factual databases.

3. User Responsibility and REAA 2008 Compliance

You agree that you, as the licensed real estate agent, hold the ultimate responsibility for any content generated using our prompts or recommended tools.

• You must manually verify all factual information (e.g., CV/RV, land area, school zoning, building materials) before publication.
• You agree to use the tools in strict accordance with the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 (REAA), the Fair Trading Act 1986, and the REA Code of Professional Conduct and Client Care.
• KiwiAgent AI Hub accepts no liability for misleading advertising, misrepresentation, or any disciplinary action taken against you by the Real Estate Authority (REA).

4. Data Input and Client Privacy

When using third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) via our prompts, you agree not to input sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII) regarding your vendors, buyers, or unlisted properties, ensuring your compliance with the Privacy Act 2020.

5. Intellectual Property

The specific prompt structures, educational content, and directory layouts on this Platform are the intellectual property of KiwiAgent AI Hub. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these prompts for your personal real estate business. You may not scrape, resell, or publicly redistribute the prompt library.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, KiwiAgent AI Hub and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of commission, loss of data, or legal penalties) arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
